This berry and coconut winning combo is fruity and refreshing, yet creamy and satisfying!
Paleo, vegan, dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen, mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon soaked flaxseeds
- 1 serve vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup water
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut
