Vegan and free of wheat, dairy, egg, soy and refined sugar
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan bake
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined
- Roll into balls, place onto a tray and flatten slightly with a fork
- Bake for about 12 minute or until golden brown
