Like MANGO SORBET but healthy!
Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free, optional vegan
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 250g frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 serve protein powder (plain or vanilla)
- 1 serve collagen powder (plain or vanilla) – omit if vegan
- Just enough coconut milk to blend
- Fresh fruit and desiccated coconut to top (I had pineapple and peach)
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender, except fresh fruit and desiccated coconut
- Serve in a pretty bowl like a coconut bowl
- Decorate with the remaining ingredients
