Paleo, vegan, egg and soy free (depending on protein powder) ~ all free of gluten, wheat and refined sugar
Ingredients:
- 50g vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 15 pitted medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 pinches salt
- Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
- Mix protein, cashews, coconut, dates, maple syrup and salt in a blender or food processor
- Roll into bite size balls
- Roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge
