Salted Caramel Protein Shake

Salted Caramel is all the rage… why not try it in a protein shake?! Perfect for breakfast or a snack

Vegan, dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free

Serves 2

Ingredients:
• 6 heaped tablespoons cashew nuts
• 6 medjool dates
• 2 heaped tablespoons vanilla flavoured protein powder
• 2 cups coconut milk (carton)
• 2 bananas
• 3 pinches of salt

Method:
1. Blend everything
