Healthy snacks/guilt-free desserts are prepped for the week!
Vegan and Paleo plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 200g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 X 400ml can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup (70g) chia seeds
- Extra strawberries, chia seeds & desiccated coconut for decorating
Method:
- Blend strawberries, banana, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut oil & coconut cream until smooth
- Fold through chia seeds
- Divide between 4 jars and refrigerate overnight
- Serve with a sprinkle of strawberries, chia seeds & desiccated coconut if desired. Enjoy!
