Cacao Fudgy Bites
Ingredients:
- 50g chocolate flavoured protein powder
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons raw buckwheat
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
- Mix protein, coconut oil, cacao nibs, buckwheat, coconut and almonds in a blender or food processor
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge

Jaffa Chocolate Orange Balls
Ingredients:
- 50g chocolate flavoured protein powder
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 orange juice and zest
- Extra cacao powder for rolling
Method:
- Mix protein, almonds, cacao, honey, orange juice and orange zest in a blender or food processor
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Roll in cacao
- Store in the fridge

Ingredients:
- 50g vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 15 pitted medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 pinches salt
- Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
- Mix protein, cashews, coconut, dates, maple syrup and salt in a blender or food processor
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge
