These high protein snack balls are for the peanut butter lovers!
Paleo, vegan and dairy, egg and soy free (depending on protein powder) ~ all gluten,wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients:
- 45g vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Method:
- Mix ingredients in a food processor or blender until combined
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Store in the fridge
