Healthy After-Dinner Mint Bliss balls are your natural alternative when you crave that breath-freshening sweetness at night
Paleo, vegan, dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients:
- 10 pitted dates or prunes (dates are sweeter but prunes are higher in fibre)
- 1 cup + 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 10 drops food-grade peppermint oil
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
- 1 teaspoon Medicinal Mushrooms (optional)
Method:
- Blitz all ingredients except the second measurement of walnuts, in a food processor
- Add the 1/2 cup of walnuts at the end and pulse a few times, to keep it chunky
- Form into bite-sized balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge
