Snickers or Ferrero Rocher?! Happiness is turning your favourite chocolate bars into smoothie bowls!
Paleo, Vegan, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Snickers Smoothie Bowl (serves 1):
Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- Just enough coconut milk to blend
Refined sugar-free dark chocolate to serve
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender
- Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate
Ferrero Rocher Smoothie Bowl (serves 1):
Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 3 medjool dates
- 5 tablespoons hazelnuts (roasted are even better)
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- Just enough coconut to blend
Hazelnuts (preferably roasted) to serve
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender
- Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts
