Liv’s Monday Breakfast and Your Tuesday Breakfast Inspo!
Your guilt-free daily Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) Smoothie
Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free, optional vegan
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 serve pea protein powder (I use strawberry or vanilla flavoured)
- 1 serve collagen powder (omit if vegan)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or coconut butter (coconut butter gives delicious chunks of coconut – I sometimes use both)
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds + 1 tablespoon soaked flaxseeds (in 3/4 cup water overnight)
- 1-1.5 cups coconut milk to blend
- Sprinkle of desiccated coconut to serve
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut if desired
