This is my GO-TO SNACK and I didn’t even know they have a name until the other day! They’re called BANANA BOATS!!
Paleo, Vegan, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
I realised after I saw this photo how boring I am, just topping them with peanut butter or almond butter, cinnamon and desiccated coconut.

- 2 bananas
- All your favourite toppings

- Greek or coconut yoghurt
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Cinnamon
- Desiccated coconut
- Dark chocolate
- Freeze-dried raspberries
You are only limited by your imagination when it comes to designing your own banana boat.
Method:
- Peel bananas, cut in half, and top with your favourite toppings
