Or Breakfast Bowl, whatever you like!
Gluten, wheat, soy and nut free
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter, with parmesan on top
- 1/2 can organic (gluten-free) baked beans, warmed
- 1/4 sliced avocado (would’ve had half if I wasn’t saving the rest for dinner!)
- Sprinkle of feta
- Handful of rocket
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
Method:
- Throw together in a bowl and enjoy!
