Even the avo haters would never know!
Vegan and Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Add all ingredients in a food processor. Process until very smooth
- Pour into individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or freeze for 20 minutes) before serving
This mousse lasts for a couple of weeks in the fridge (but I guarantee you it won’t last that long!).
