Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Even the avo haters would never know!

Vegan and Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor.  Process until very smooth
  2. Pour into individual cups.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or freeze for 20 minutes) before serving

This mousse lasts for a couple of weeks in the fridge (but I guarantee you it won’t last that long!).
