Peanut Butter Brownie Chocolate Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 50g chocolate flavoured protein powder
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 50g roasted and salted peanuts
Method:
- Mix protein, peanut butter, cacao and coconut in a blender or food processer
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Crush peanuts with a knife or blender/food processer
- Roll in peanuts
- Store in the freezer
Salted Caramel Vanilla Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 50g vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 15 medjool dates
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 pinches of salt
- Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
- Mix protein, cashews, coconut, dates, maple and salt in a blender or food processer
- Roll into bite sized balls
- Roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge
