This is my go-to smoothie bowl because it’s super easy to make and so delicious!
Only 4 ingredients + toppings, and it truly tastes like a snickers bar but it’s healthy!
Paleo, vegan, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- Just enough coconut milk to blend
Banana, mixed nuts, refined sugar-free dark chocolate and coconut to serve
Method:
- Blend everything in a blender
- Top with sliced banana, chopped mixed nuts, grated chocolate and coconut
